2026 WINTER PARKING

The Medina County Fairgrounds offers fully enclosed, undercover, and black top parking for boats, campers, motorcycles and vehicles.

These items are parked from November 2026-April 2027.

THIS IS A FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE BASIS! Once the item is parked, it is parked.

 

Early Bird is offered during the month of October for an additional fee.

Early Bird Take in dates/times:
By appointment ONLY!

Monday-Friday 9am-2pm
October 1-30, 2026
No Appointments: October 12, 2026 or on the weekends.

Regular Take in Dates/Times
Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 8am-Noon
Saturday, November 14, 2026 from 8am-Noon

Rates
Fully enclosed starts at $280 for the first 20ft. and $14 for each additional foot.
Undercover & black top starts at $200 for the first 20ft. and $10 for each additional foot.
Motorcycle Parking - $120

 

Early Bird Rate
Going rate whether fully enclosed, undercover or asphalt plus an additional $100.

 

Release Dates/Times
Saturday, April 3, 2027 from 8am-Noon

(for those who came in during the November take in dates).
Saturday, April 10, 2027 from 8am-Noon

(for those who came in during October Early Bird dates)

All motorhomes, 5th wheels and vehicles will be released from 9am-10am during their respective release date. The MCAS asks for a copy of your declaration page of insurance at the time of drop off.  This is REQUIRED of all, every year.

 

Cash or check are accepted forms of payment.
