Winter Parking

*Paperwork and payment will be processed at building number 14. See        with arrow pointing to building 14.

Release dates will be Saturday, April 4, 2020 and Saturday April 11, 2020 from 8 a.m.-NOON.
 

If you are parking a Motorhome, 5th wheel or vehicle (something that has to be moved by you), your release time is from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on both release dates.
 

If you were parked from Saturday, November 2 through Saturday, November 9 your release date will be SATURDAY, APRIL 4, 2020 from 8 a.m. - NOON unless you are have a Motorhome, 5th wheel or vehicle then your time is 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
 

If you were parked during EARLY BIRD your release date will be SATURDAY, APRIL 11, 2020 from 8 a.m.-NOON unless you have a Motorhome, 5th wheel or vehicle then your time is 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

We made this release date change due to the volume of items taken in for Early Bird.  By doing this, it shouldn't be as crowded when you come to pick up your item you parked with us over the winter.

 

You are responsible for picking up your parked item on your release date, if you cannot make your release date then you must make arrangements PRIOR to your date with the Fair Office.  Your release date is given to you at the time of take in and written at the top right hand corner of your agreement.  If arrangements aren't made prior to your release date, you will be charged $10 per day that item is left and will have to pay before the item is released.
 
CHARGES FOR PARKING SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
$220 Minimum for a space of 20 feet or less.
$11 for each additional foot or portion thereof.
Under cover parking will be 50% of the regular full rate (open air barns).
Lawn Mowers or garden tractors under 16 HP - $50.
Early Bird Parking (brought in between October 1-31, 2018) will be charged an additional 20%. 
 

Payment options are cash, check or money order.  You must have a copy of your insurance for the item you are storing with you at the time of drop off to be kept on file in the Fair Office with your paperwork.  We have had several people forget this in the past!

Community Center

Before you plan your next event, please consider the Medina County Community Center.  We have facilities for conventions, exhibitions, industry shows, charity balls, auctions, business meetings, dances, Oktoberfest, and more!

All of your events can be held in this massive building.  Total square footage is 34,000.  One or two different events can be held at the same time depending on the amount of space you need.  The halls can be inclusive or closed off according to need.
 

The Medina County Community Center can be reached by any of the main interstates.  There are five motels within 10 minutes of the Community Center and at least 10 restaurants within that time frame.  The address for the Community Center is: 735 Lafayette Rd, Medina, OH  44256

 

Rental Fees:

East Hall          $1300/day
Center Hall      $550/day
West Hall         $900/day
Kitchen            $285/day
Parking Lot Alone: $1,000/day
Tables             $2.30/table for first day; $1.45 each additional day
Chairs              $.50/chair for first day; $.10 each additional day
There is no set-up fee for the day of the rental (map must be given at least one week before the event). There is $50 per man hour charge for Community Center personnel for any hours requested on days other than event days, (two hours of set up Free of Charge for each section of the building rented, up to six hours maximum.)
 A certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 with MCF listed as the holder is required for all rentals.
