The Medina County Fair campgrounds is the home away from home for exhibitors and concessionaires during fair week. We have three lots available to accommodate large and small campers as well as primitive camping.

This year camping forms for those who camped in 2023 will go out in the mail on March 4, 2024.  Completed forms along with payment is due on or by Monday, April 15, 2024.  If you are mailing your form it must be post marked by April 15, 2024.  This deadline will be enforced as demand is high for campsites.  If we do not have your completed form and payment on or by April 15, 2024, you will forfeit your campsite for the 2024 Fair.  If you wish to change to a different campsite, you must request it in writing along with your application and fee to the Fair Office.

Camping fees for 2024: North Campgrounds is $200/per site for the week, South Campgrounds is $225/per site for the week & Concession Campgrounds is $225/per site for the week.

Campsites will open to new campers on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 filling sites from the permanent waiting list that was starting in June 2022.  For questions please email medinafair@gmail.com.

The campgrounds will be open at 9:00a.m. Friday, July 26, 2024 and are then open thereafter, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Chairman/Asst. Chairman.
